1. Overlapping regulator:Sero control system in compliant with feeder and front lay can guarantee the accuracy of paper overlapping.+_2MM.
2. Pre-loading system + oil free vacuum pump driven feeder + non-stop feeding system make the machine runs without stopping and increase the working efficiency.
3. Man-machine interface system + color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. As long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc,. the machine can realize completely automated operation. The working status of the machine can be checked at any time on touch screen.
4. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with paper-missing, paper breaking and double paper detectors. The machine will automatically stop  when the above phenomina are found.
5. Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and accurate.
6. Smart constant temperature heating roller: Oil built-in heater, thermal meter sensor and temperature controller together with the microwave heater make the temperature stable and constant.
7. Automatic hydraulic pressuring system provides high and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
8. Film loader and unloader, air expansion shaft with dividing ruler make the loading, unloading and positioning of the film more accurate.The tension of film is controlled by pneumatic breaker.
9. Anti-curve device:It can avoid paper curvature due to shrinkage of film and make the paper running smoothly. It is also easy for adjustment and no shaking.
10. The delivery unit is furnished with corrugating paper pressing system,which settles completely the crimping trouble of thin and big size of laminated paper

Electrical system: PLC, Omron invertor and other international brand parts make the machine run smoothly and easy for adjustment.
