1.Automatic paper feeder

Using "Tongye" rear-feeding feeder for paper feeding, the automatic paper feeder uses a high oil-free vacuum air pump to suck air and automatically feed paper.
Feeder paper platform rise protection device: A micro switch is installed above the paper platform and at the feeder head to prevent the paper from rising too high and hitting the feeder head.
The feeder can move forward and backward, left and right, up and down according to the paper size (heavy duty).
The paper platform stacking positioning guide can move left and right according to the paper size, which is convenient for paper stacking operation.
Double sheet detector: Use the induction of the detector with safe voltage to detect double or multiple sheets of paper. When it is found that there are double or multiple sheets of paper, the machine will automatically stop feeding paper immediately.

2.Coating

The coating roller adopts synchronous belt drive, frequency conversion speed regulation stable operation, and no impact.
Equipped with a transparent organic glass dust cover, dustproof, more convenient to monitor the operation of the roller.
The coating roller with a larger diameter is used for glazing, making the varnish coating layer smoother and brighter.
The reverse roller coating process is used, and the varnish coating layer is more uniform and smoother than the extrusion roller coating process.
The metering roller has stepless speed regulation, and the amount of oil applied to papers of different thicknesses can be controlled by different line speeds, making the paper surface bright and smooth.
The scraper blade imported from Sweden is equipped with a pad imported from South Korea, which is soft and hard, and the steel roller scrapes more cleanly and is not easy to wear.
The stainless steel arc oil groove is used at both ends of the roller to effectively prevent varnish splashing and polluting the frame.
If the paper roll protection electric eye detects the paper roll on the roller, it will automatically stop and sound an alarm to prevent the paper roll from damaging the roller.
It is equipped with a foot switch, low-speed inching debugging, paper discharge after processing the paper roll, and safe cleaning of the machine roller.
Electronically controlled wind knife:
The paper detection electric eye is equipped with a protective cover to prevent varnish and dust from damaging the electric eye.
The wind knife air blowing is digitally set and can be used for paper above 100 g/m2.
The wind knife can adjust its position up and down, left and right, front and back according to the product situation; multiple air nozzles are evenly distributed to connect multiple air blowing points in a line, saving air source and maintaining air pressure.
The wind knife comes with a small air storage tank to ensure the normal air pressure of the wind knife during production.
The encoder detects the circumferential length of the roller and outputs accurate data to the PLC to ensure the air outlet accuracy of the wind knife solenoid valve.

3. UV curing/infrared drying
It is equipped with a leakage magnetic transformer, which is a low-energy and high-efficiency leakage magnetic transformer produced by borrowing imported equipment. It has the characteristics of power saving, high power utilization, low heat, low noise, etc., and ensures the normal operation of high-pressure mercury lamps.
The UV leakage magnetic transformer with capacitor design can better withstand the voltage fluctuation impact of the power grid.
The light curing system is equipped with a high-speed exhaust gas exhaust device. The user can connect the exhaust gas extracted by the machine to the outside to avoid the operator inhaling the exhaust gas and possible adverse reactions to the human body; effectively protect the UV lamp tube and increase the life of the lamp tube and transformer.
The UV lamp heat dissipation cover adopts temperature switch control to effectively control ultra-high temperature fire accidents.
UV ultraviolet shielding effect is in place to avoid UV ultraviolet radiation leakage; UV light box surface temperature is controlled <38'C to avoid high temperature burns for operators.
Vacuum adsorption air cushion is used for transmission under the high temperature of the light box to ensure safe paper transportation and avoid fire hazards.
