- Auto feeder
The paper feeder is an important part of Automatic high speed coating machine. The function of the paper feeder is to automatically, accurately, stably and periodically separate the paper one by one, and continuously feed it to the regular positioning components.
The paper feeding method of this machine is continuous paper feeding, which has the advantages of high degree of automation, compact structure, convenient operation, accurate paper feeding and high precision. The main components of the paper feeder are paper feeding bridge, paper feeding head, paper stacking table, lifting system and transmission system.
(1) Adopt oil-free vacuum air pump paper suction system;
(2) High-speed offset printing feeder (12,000 sheets/hour) ensures high-speed and stable operation!
(3) Stepless frequency conversion speed paper feeding
(4) The production line paper feeding table is vacuum suction and positioning to ensure smooth, neat and stable transportation.

2. Coating (with optional air knife device)
The coating head refers to the process of applying varnish on the surface of printed matter and leveling and drying it.
(1) With uniform coating effect and fine-tuning control of the amount of feeding, making the paper smooth and glossy;
(2) Coating, with highly sensitive air knife system/computer control (optional), suitable for both thick and thin paper
(3) The main roller adopts a 55 diameter shaft head and heavy-duty bearings, which is durable and stable;
(4) The coating system is unilaterally adjusted, with pressure display, and convenient and fast operation;
(5) The oil roller roll paper automatic monitoring shutdown and alarm system is advanced and safe;
(6) Low-speed jog debugging, paper handling and paper discharge;
(7) No biting suction air attachment to paper feeding, no skewing;
(8) Coating roller cleaning device: double-loop oil supply and cleaning system to avoid oil circuit blockage, coated with Tef-lon material, non-sticky, easy to clean;
(9) The main transmission system adopts synchronous belt drive, double bearing pressure-resistant design, precise and durable;
(10) The varnish coating adopts three-roller reverse coating, and the maximum diameter of the glue roller is 165mm. The glue is applied evenly and finely.
(11) The detachable lower scraper structure is easy to clean and change the blade, and the scraping is cleaner.
(12) The casting is processed and manufactured in one piece, which is strong, stable and durable!
Drying system
Water-based infrared drying means that when infrared radiation reaches the coating surface, part of it is reflected by the coating surface, and the rest enters the coating. Among the infrared radiation entering the coating, part of it passes through the coating, and the rest is absorbed by the coating and converted into heat energy, which increases the temperature of the coating and accelerates drying.
UV mercury lamp solidification mainly refers to lamps that can emit ultraviolet rays. UV mercury lamps are named because a certain amount of mercury is added to the inside of the lamp tube. The inside of the mercury lamp is a vacuum state. Under the high voltage of the power supply, the UV mercury lamp atomizes the mercury inside the lamp tube and emits ultraviolet light. The coating film irradiated by ultraviolet rays causes the coating molecules to polymerize and dry.
Safety and environmental protection: UV coatings are used in the ultraviolet glazing process. UV coatings are composed of oligomers, active diluents, photoinitiators, photosensitizers and additives. They are green products that are both safe and do not pollute the environment. Especially in the current era of advocating "green packaging", the environmental advantages of UV glazing technology in post-printing processing have been well recognized;
(1) It can be used as a drying operation after coating with water-based or solvent, coating liquid, UV oil, etc.;
(2) The light box is equipped with a temperature sensor. When the temperature in the light box reaches the set value, the temperature will be constant;
(3) Cooling fan system, paper quickly dries, paper dries quickly, and does not stick;
(4) Adopt energy-saving hot air circulation drying method: more power saving;
(5) The whole process of suction and attachment of paper, stable and not crooked, not floating, and not piling;
(6) Tef-lon conveyor belt: no deformation, no dragging, UV protection, strong and durable, conveyor belt automatic deviation correction system
(7) Infrared drying is divided into 2 groups by 18 lamps, and UV drying is divided into 3 groups by 3 lamps. Automatic constant temperature setting, independent temperature control;
(8) There is a safety wire under the lampshade to prevent paper from floating or lamp tubes from catching fire.
(9) The conveyor belt stops and self-extinguishes to prevent blockage and fire;
(10) The infrared drying system uses light drying, which is not affected by ventilation. It can efficiently dry the surface and bottom oil layer of the paper, and will not cause the paper to expand or contract due to heat; It uses air cooling, which has the advantages of high wind pressure, high air volume control stability, low noise, and automatic operation. It is faster and more effective than the traditional fan ventilation system;
(11) The main body of the drying tunnel adopts infrared drying and fan cooling, which has better cooling effect, saves more electricity and energy.
(12) Programmable control of the exhaust system; exhaust ozone
(13) Safety covers are set on the front and back to prevent UV rays from damaging the eyes;
Automatic stacker
(1) Belt-type low-noise paper collection, corrugated paper structure, smooth and stable paper collection for thin paper;
(2) Thin paper is prone to curling after coating, and the vacuum paper suction paper stabilizer device keeps the paper stable;
(3) Manual rapid lifting of the paper collection table;
(4) Upper and lower limit protection device for the paper collection table;
