- Auto feeder
The paper feeder is an important part of Automatic high speed coating machine. The function of the paper feeder is to automatically, accurately, stably and periodically separate the paper one by one, and continuously feed it to the regular positioning components.
The paper feeding method of this machine is continuous paper feeding, which has the advantages of high degree of automation, compact structure, convenient operation, accurate paper feeding and high precision. The main components of the paper feeder are paper feeding bridge, paper feeding head, paper stacking table, lifting system and transmission system.

2. Primer coating (with optional air knife device)
The primer coating head is an important device to ensure that the paper obtains a uniform UV layer, which can enhance the adhesion between ink and UV varnish.
(1) Apply primer to fill the capillary of the paper surface;
(2) Increase the adhesion of UV coating and ink; reduce the penetration of coating to maintain the pure whiteness of paper;
(3) Save the consumption of expensive UV oil, touch oil, film replacement oil and other high-end oil products;
(4) The detachable lower scraper structure is easy to clean and change the blade, and the scraping is cleaner.
(5) The main transmission system adopts synchronous belt drive, double bearing pressure-resistant design, precise and durable.
(6) Automatic stop and automatic alarm in case of paper roll failure.

IR dryer
IR dryer means that when IR rays radiate to the coating surface, part of them are reflected by the coating surface, and the rest enter the coating. Among the IR rays entering the coating, part of them pass through the coating, and the rest are absorbed by the coating and converted into heat energy, which increases the temperature of the coating and accelerates drying.
(1) It can be used as a water-based or solvent coating liquid for drying after coating;
(2) The IR light box is equipped with a temperature sensor. When the temperature in the light box reaches the set value, the temperature will be constant;
(3) The cooling fan system allows the paper to be dried quickly without sticking;
(4) The IR drying equipment uses energy-saving hot air circulation drying method: more energy-saving;
(5) The paper is fed without teeth and the air is sucked and attached to the paper. It is stable and does not move crooked, float or pile up;
(6) Tef-lon conveyor belt: no deformation, no dragging, UV protection, strong and durable, and the conveyor belt has an automatic deviation correction system
(7) The IR drying consists of 18 lamps divided into 2 groups, with automatic constant temperature setting and independent temperature control;
(8) A safety wire is provided under the lampshade to prevent the paper from floating or the lamp from catching fire.
(9) The conveyor belt stops and self-extinguishes to prevent blockage and fire;
(10) The IR drying system uses light drying, which is not affected by ventilation. It can efficiently dry the bottom oil layer on the surface of the paper without causing the paper to expand or contract due to heat;
(11) It uses blast cooling, which has the advantages of high wind pressure, high air volume control stability, low noise, and automatic operation. It is faster and more effective than the traditional fan ventilation system;
The main body of the drying tunnel adopts IR drying and fan cooling, which has better cooling effect, saves more electricity, and saves energy.
4. Oil coating (with optional air knife device)
The coating machine refers to the process of coating the glazing paint on the surface of the printed matter and leveling and drying it.
(1) With uniform coating effect and fine-tuning control of the amount of feeding, making the paper smooth and glossy;

5. UV dryer
UV mercury lamps mainly refer to lamps that can emit UV rays. UV mercury lamps are named because a certain amount of mercury is added to the inside of the lamp. The inside of the mercury lamp is a vacuum state. Under the high voltage of the power supply, the UV mercury lamp atomizes the mercury inside the lamp and emits UV light. The coating film irradiated by UV rays causes the coating molecules to polymerize and dry.
Safety and environmental protection: UV coatings are used in the UV glazing process. UV coatings are composed of oligomers, active diluents, photoinitiators, photosensitizers and additives. They are green products that are both safe and do not pollute the environment. Especially in the current era of advocating "green packaging", the environmental protection advantages of UV glazing technology in post-printing processing have been well recognized;

UV coatings have fast light curing speed, high hardness, good wettability, strong adhesion, and high perturbability, wear resistance and gloss.
