The Automatic spot uv coating machine is a new coating equipment developed by NEW STAR with excellent performance, which integrates the advanced technologies at home and abroad. It can both local and overall coating, and has the advantages of high working speed, high gloss, thin and uniform coating layer. It is widely used in packaging decoration, book cover and other printing materials.

Automatic spot uv coating machine is suitable for partial overprinting or full glazing of text and patterns on printed materials such as books, advertisements, color boxes, and films, improving the quality of printed materials and increasing beauty.
1. High reliability is adopted for fast and smooth paper feeding.
2. Equipped with sensitive electromechanical double-tension detector and foreign body baffle, the machine will stop immediately if abnormal.
3.Accurate and reliable front gauge and side gauge.
4.Coating speed up to 6000-7500sheets/hour.
5. Using a large diameter imprint drum, drum by dynamic balance, coating oil film flat.Double shaft oil transfer, scraper, simple and reliable control of oil.
6. Coating drum adopts screw fixed clamping device, which is simple and durable.
7. Roller forward and backward oil transfer structure, easy conversion, flexible thickness adjustment.
8. Optional ceramic anilox roller and cavity scraper or ordinary scraper.
