1. Main structure: high-speed, high-precision stop-and-turn mechanism, automatic stop-format roller ensures that the printed material can be accurately delivered to the roller teeth, achieving extremely high accuracy;

The truly fully automatic offset feeder and pre-stacking paper cart, combined with the non-stop paper collection machine, can improve production efficiency by more than 20%, multi-functional feeding system, adjustable single or continuous paper feeding, which can be freely switched according to the thickness and material of the printed product, and equipped with a feeding detection system (to prevent double sheets);
4. The timely slowing device of the conveyor belt ensures that the printed material is smoothly in place at high speed;

Conveying system: Stainless steel paper feeding table reduces the friction static electricity between the table and the printed material; adjustable vacuum anti-skid adsorption transmission, acts on the paper through the non-printing surface, and cooperates with the paper pushing and pressing structure on the table, It greatly reduces the friction and scratches on the paper surface, and also makes the paper feeding accurate and stable; it is equipped with feeding shortage detection and discharging jam detection system (paper shortage and paper jam detection);
6. Roller: The finely ground stainless steel printing roller is equipped with vacuum suction and blowing functions to ensure the printing quality and smooth discharging. The roller teeth and pull gauge are equipped with electric eyes to monitor the arrival of the printed parts.
7. CNC electric eye alignment system: When the paper reaches the front and side gauge positions, the CNC electric eye automatically aligns the paper. If there is a slight misalignment or displacement, the machine will automatically stop or release the pressure to ensure high accuracy of overprinting and effectively reduce the printing waste rate.
8. Pneumatic scraper system: The scraper and ink return knife are controlled separately. The action of the rubber scraper and ink return knife is completed through various control technologies such as electronic, pneumatic, mechanical lever structure, optical fiber, servo, etc. The rubber scraper is equipped with a pneumatic pressure-maintaining device, and the servo completes the precise downward pressure position of the scraper. The scraper printing length can be set according to the printed product to ensure that the printed image is clearer and the ink layer is more uniform.
9. Screen structure: The screen frame can be removed to facilitate the adjustment of the printed registration or feeding; the cleaning of the roller and screen is also safer and faster; at the same time, it is equipped with an ink tray device to prevent ink dripping.
10. Discharging table: can be folded down 90 degrees, convenient for adjusting the screen, installing the printing knife, cleaning and inspection; with vacuum adsorption to ensure smooth discharging; double-width belt transmission to eliminate belt tearing of paper edges.
11. Centralized lubrication control system: automatic lubrication of the main transmission and main components, effectively extending the accuracy and machine life;
12. PLC centrally controls the operation of the whole machine, and the touch screen/button dual operating system is easy to operate; the human-machine dialogue operation interface displays the equipment status and fault causes in real time;
13. The exterior adopts acrylic flash two-component self-drying paint, and the surface is covered with acrylic two-component varnish (this paint is also used on the surface of high-end cars)
