1). Machines have been finished all adjustment and test in our workshop before delivery.The machine test videos will be sent to the customer for confirmation before delivery.
2). We will send the product operating instructions together with the machine, and we will give some operating videos to customers.
3. Customers need an engineer who knows about related products to be responsible for installation and debugging. If there is anything they don't understand, they can contact our engineers. Our engineer will give you guidance.
4). If customer needs us to provide on-site service,customer needs to pay the engineer's round-trip expenses and room and board.
5). Our factory provides purchase accessories free one year warranty. During the warranty period, due to the customer's improper use or damage caused by unnatural factors, the customer is responsible for it. We can provide accessories at cost price, and the customer has to pay the freight.
6). 12 months warranty for electric parts, the service is for whole life, once you asked the spare parts, we can send immediately, customer afford the courier fee. (Since the date of purchase from delivery and on the board, within 12 months)
